UNC Global Affairs

With my team, I consulted for UNC Global Affairs to develop and refine the Carolina Diplomacy Fellows program. We conducted competitive analysis, designed tiered incentives, and implemented strategies to enhance inclusivity. We led market research through surveys and club partnerships, crafted a marketing plan with a social media content calendar, redesigned the program’s logo, and developed feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. We supported the program’s beta launch by assessing student sentiment and providing data-driven recommendations for future expansion.

Undergraduate Real Estate Club

With my team, I led key initiatives to strengthen engagement and professional development within the Undergraduate Real Estate Club. We designed and launched a mentorship program to connect underclassmen with upperclassmen, providing industry guidance, networking opportunities, and a way to keep upperclassmen involved in the club. Additionally, I played a major role in organizing the club’s internal case competition. This involved securing sponsorships from local real estate firms, designing outreach materials, coordinating event logistics, and developing the case itself. We worked to ensure the competition provided a hands-on learning experience that encouraged innovative problem-solving and industry exposure for participants.
