Healthcare Startup Consulting Through Executive Consulting Firm
This summer, I’ll be consulting for Safe Start, a healthcare startup, founded by a surgeon, focused on preventing “never events” in surgery, through The Big Leaf, an executive consulting firm based in Toronto. In this role, I’ll help Safe Start refine its strategic approach to improve patient safety and surgical outcomes. I will also be conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify competitive opportunities, while contributing to the development of marketing strategies aimed at increasing adoption and brand awareness. Additionally, I’ll be working on business development initiatives, including fostering strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and impact in the healthcare sector.
